Cancellation policy

You may cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason.

For goods, the cancellation period begins on the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, received the goods.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you inform us clearly of your decision to cancel the contract before the cancellation period expires.

Returning goods

If you cancel, the goods must be returned to us no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

For sealed sound recordings, especially shrink-wrapped CDs, the right of cancellation no longer applies if the seal has been removed after delivery.

For other goods, please return them as completely as possible and in their original packaging. This does not affect your statutory right of cancellation.

Digital sheet music editions (PDF)

For digital sheet music editions and other digital content that is not supplied on a physical data carrier, a right of cancellation generally applies.

However, the right of cancellation expires once provision of the digital content has begun, provided that you have expressly agreed that we begin fulfilling the contract before the cancellation period expires and have confirmed that you know you lose your right of cancellation once fulfilment begins.

After provision or download of a PDF sheet music edition has begun, cancellation is therefore no longer possible under these conditions.
